1. Warm some lotion or massage oil in the palm of your hands and start by massaging your partner's trapezius muscle from top to bottom. Press your fingers together and slowly run them down the shoulders. Then apply some pressure with your thumbs and run them back over the muscle in circular motions.
2. Then use both of your hands to knead each shoulder, one at a time.
3. Move your thumbs over to the shoulder pressure points and firmly press down to apply pressure and slowly move inward and upward. As you move towards the neck pressure points, firmly press your thumbs down and slide them along the neck.
